I did not know there was a difference. Thank you for the correction

As with the Penn Medicine South Tower thread, this thread still doesn't show up in the "Philadelphia Projects and Construction" forum, which otherwise includes all threads beginning with "PHILADELPHIA." Can that be fixed, please?

Might be hard to see, but something concrete-y has been happening here. (Despite 10+ years of being on this forum, I basically know no constructions terms or concepts.)

That traffic along 95 and Columbus Blvd!

Thank god I don't commute!

As for the construction, this is definitely where the taller portion of the tower will sit.

josef, Great job photographing the progress. You are going to have a nice collage of this building.

Walked by this today, and there were many workers and a lot of activity.

Wanted to get a shot from the bridge walkway, but the north side path is closed for some reason, and the view was blocked from the south path.

Thanks! I shall call it "One Water Street as seen through PATCO's dirty windows"

This is moving along.

Was by this site today. Snapped some photos. It is progressing.

Sorry about the finger in the last one, but you can see the crane base in that one.

Uh huh. I don't really get it, but it's nice to see an empty lot die.

It's true, it's true! My wife and I actually just bought a little theater with an apartment above it in this neighborhood in February, and I've been watching the progress of One Water Street since learning about it. Not the most exciting development, but still way better than an empty lot and neglected side streets.

Semi-related - I spoke to the guys cutting up the sidewalks at 2nd and Callowhill, and they said they're reprogramming the signals to make that stretch between 2nd and Delaware two-way.

Got my fingers crossed for Renaissance Plaza too, but also not holding my breath.
