Wow. I love it; especially the upper floors.

Looks like a great building. I love how it blends some classic design into the overall modern building.

I believe at this point it has only applied for the height increase, once it is approved I'll update the title.

That's a lot of office space that will need to be vacated to build this.

Hopefully they can find room in one of the newly constructed or proposed office towers.

New rendering for 88 Scott.

Puke. This design went from bad to worse.

All they've changed are the setbacks at the top, but they were arguably the tower's best aesthetic features. I think it still looks fairly nice.

I liked the prior design, BUT is it me or is Toronto the only city I know of that can do 'Post Modern' RIGHT (well bottom portion anyway). It looks awesome, but not as much as before.

The bottom portion is already there. They are using the facade of a historic building as a base for the tower.

I still hate the random glass boxes. They have nothing to do with the post-modern program of the building.

Also, why did they ruin the crown? It seems developers in Toronto generally don't take aesthetics into consideration at all. Hell, they'd use aluminum siding if they could get away with it.

Not as good as the original, but I guess that's the compromise to get this thing built.
