That sure is more than I thought although the majority of those lights are real short ones. My main focus is on 183 where there are just 4 I believe. Fixing that would create a better bypass than 130 is for sure.

I've noticed recently they've been working at the site.

Stratford Land sells 107 acres to Lennar in far South Austin

Jan Buchholz
Staff Writer-
Austin Business Journal

Stratford Land has sold its first large parcel at Estancia Hill Country in far South Austin to national homebuilder Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN).

The 107-acre site at the northwest corner of I-35 and Puryear Road will accommodate 383 homes, which will be sold to home buyers beginning in the fourth quarter of this year.

Lennar is the first buyer at the Estancia Hill Country master-planned community, which could include several million square feet of commercial space, including corporate campuses and retail, office and hospitality projects.

I've been looking at buying a larger house. I just got a couple of e-mails from Lennar that they are going to open a leasing office soon.

FYI

I guess that area is safe, but Onion Creek must have been roaring near there. We crossed that little one lane bridge on Old San Antonio and the trees were washed over on the other side of the road up the hill a good 100 feet or so from the creek.

Won't be long before they fix up Old San Antonio with all that new traffic.
