Calloway REIT purchased this site from Smartcentres as well as the new Kanata Walmart site. They are in negotations to have an unnamed third party buy 50% of the Laurentian site. FYI The building with Stantec is 75% occupied. They also already own the Orleans SmartCentre and 50% of the South Keys SmartCentre.

The Laurentian site was sold for $102 million and the Kanata Terry Fox power centre was sold for $54 million. Merivale Mall also was sold for $41.5 million.
