I really like this one. I had a look at the sales center a few months ago. Looks really nice. It's definitely at the top of my list for when I move out.

It looks like those neighboring apartments were built by the same architect and developer. The little decorative flourish at the top really saves these buildings from being bland nothings.

This is the 3rd tower in a 3 tower development.

They are nothing special, but compared to the ugly brick towers from the 60s-80s that comprise most of the neighbourhood, they are definitely a step in the right direction.

I like how they take the stucco panels horizontally every 3 floors, helps differentiate it from Nova.
