I don't know why I personally have never given much thought to Brussel. In my mind, it has been one of the most underrated cities. Up to now.

As soon as I find some time, I will visit the city

The adjacent low-rise is a bit disappointing. Nice renovation though. Thanks for your coverage Grumpy. I will try to get some pics from good vantage point when I will have some time lefT;

I wonder what will happen with the ugly low-rise after the renovated tower above the park on the left?

No , the one behind the tower, not the one next to it.
The lower part is no longer in use since months and a few weeks back it got fenced up but for which reason ?

Pretty good Grumpy. I won't ask you how you get there. But it seems that the right hand side of the picture is not correctly aligned, I mean P&V etc. are at the wrong place. I like the refursbishing of the Tour des Finances. Impressive. Definitely. I am looking forward to seeing the spire rising at the top of it.

@ jef , this picture isn't mine but I did get on several towers in Brussels.

The views from the Tour Madou , Tour du Midi , Sheraton , Botanic Centre are impressive also.I've asked to visit the top of the RAC but never got an answer
