Agree. It's not very big at all for a 4 bedroom. But it's priced less than many of the 2 bedrooms at 10 Rit. It will do well. Both with people that will use it as a 4 bedroom and those who will knock down some walls. By contrast, that's an awfully pricey 1 bedroom if the sizes on the website are correct. Listed at 745 square feet. So around $919 per square foot. I think they will have a hard time commanding that.

I just saw that ad- very interesting. Of course that might mean they just "sold" 2 or 3 of the priciest units.

I would usually agree but this is a pretty hot area, right on the Schuylkill Trail.Classy design .I can see this project doing very well.

One downfall of this tower is that it will definitely screw up the great skyline view from the South Street Bridge.

Nah, not at all imo. The building will only block the Steve Debono really. I think the height is perfect for that location. From the look of the rendering it enhances the view a bit.
Those folks that purchase condos there are going to have ridiculously awesome views in every direction. Man...I wish I could afford something remotely close to that.

Hopefully this spurs even more demand for Schuylkill condos.

And even then, you'll apparently still be able to see the all-important blue cross.

I actually think this building will add some depth to the skyline view from the South Street Bridge. For a truly impressive skyline view, you don't want the skyline to appear to be merely a single line of towers.
