More than 50% of the units are sold on this one. Construction should start this summer. Architects: Sid Lee.

A solid height, and a nice, refined architecture. Cool.

It will enhance the area and help remake the introduction to the city by incoming motorists!

I love the effect this part of town will have. Finally, Montreal's front door will look impressive, with the M9 and Victoire on one side and the griffintown on the other.

Immobilier McGill is not a promoter, it's an agent office. They don't build anything, they just sell projects for various promoters.

Is this construction site active? The developer doesn't seem to be talking up the construction on their Website.
