It's blueskin lower than the brick... and I can't really see what is above the courses of brick but if you look at earlier photos you can see they will just be bricking up from where they started. Count on something else below.

Do they usually blueskin behind panels but not behind brick?

Changing materials outright halfway up a tower seems like a stupid idea for sure though.

Pictures a few weeks ago show blue skin on the entire east face. Really hoping they stick with one material.
