Is Phase II/the Western Yards expected to begin soon after the Eastern Yards wrap? It's mostly residential, so they will not be waiting on anchor tenants. I guess it will depend on perceived demand? Or maybe they will wait till sales hit a certain threshold at 35 Hudson and 15 Hudson?

They're supposed to begin on the deck before the end of the year.

It looks great from both the head-on face and the side faces from one's perspective. I love the mirror designs of 10 and 30 HY, but this one sets itself apart nicely.

When the proposals for the railyard development came out, a lot of people like the Brookfield proposal best for the skyline it proposed. That didn't get picked, but as it turns out, we've done quite well, maybe even better.
