Very curious where pricing comes in on something like this.

Would it aim to beat Trump on a PSF basis?

I'm hearing over $2,000 PSF is the target, so easily double Trump's average.

Thanks.
If those are renderings of the tower's interiors, then the perforated screens have been changed to slats.

I've been hearing $2000 psf is the target as well, some sources have said to expect the premium units to be 3000-4000 psf

Wasn't trump's blended average psf around $1600?

I thought that was Vancouver house's blended average, while trump was closer to 1,200-1,300 but I may be wrong.

Yeah, Trump had a blended average psf of $1615 but anyhow, here are the initial starting price points for Alberni by Kuma

Lol it's such a joke. I mean that's ridiculous. Over 7 figures for a studio. I don't see how that can hold that value. Ugh these projects are getting annoying. I mean it's great to have a cool looking building but what a waste, it's clear these are places ppl will buy just to park their money.

and it's super tiny i think like 376 sq ft on the third floor (from the rezoning documents).........

also, subpenthouses starting at 11.8m? for 1800 sq ft? that's like $6600 a square foot...I don't even know what to say

even one of the penthouses is at a lower psf? I'm confused

Photo heavy post; screen captures of the renders in the follow youtube video. The renders include shots of the custom fazioli piano. The cabinetry will probably be a bespoke boffi unit and appliances will be miele as westbank doesn't deal with gaggenau

That is one artistic video and those prices are ridiculous. But yeah, the building looks nice all around. I really hope it happens as planned.

Well, if it's all foreign buyers that will buy these ultra expensive units, the tax generated by this building alone would be enough to build a good size non market building.

Received more information from my realtor.

They invested heavily in lots of high quality renders and a 204 page brochure.

You can access the brochure and some floor plans as well as additional renders in the following link:

I really love the bathrooms

Thanks for sharing bb1510

I wonder what the views will be like from different suites with the metal shutters.

All the scenes in the video really made it feel like it was a personal tranquil wonderland. Great attention to detail even in the pool.

I think they should consider moss/ferns instead of grass at the base.

I think it's a blend of moss, bamboo, and pampas grass from what the brochure says

The link to the pricing page seems to have expired. Did anyone save it?

Super curious.

Thanks!

Wow - they don't even break-out the exterior sq footage.
They just give one figure that both interior and exterior sq footage!!

Cool renders from the brochure:

I didnt realize it had a scoop (for lack of a better word) out of the top backside of the building as well. Despite the similarities between this project and Vancouver house, I think this one is going to turn out to be the more eye catching of the two.
