Both towers have this hump on the one side (part of the design), you just can't see it on the other tower because the towers are turned 180 degrees from each other. Once the cladding is up it becomes more subtle.

You can actually see a bit of the hump on the first EAP tower, but the crane on the right hand side is blocking part of it.
