where's the Swedish Touch moving to ?

Just wondering if anyone has the inside track on where the Swedish Touch is moving to ? Apparently ended their Lease at 595 Hornby, haven't reopened since the Restrictions.

Also wondering the future of Brandis, apparently same owner.

Does the City zone where massage parlours can exist ? Are there any buildings downtown that can accommodate the Touch, it's a large space, or was
