Yeah I think it is all sold... but there are always condo flippers if you are looking for a bad deal.

Citi and Motif is setback enough so that Lougheed Hwy can be widened to 3 lanes westbound. I believe the renovated strip mall next door has been modified for the same. It's just Petro Canada that's in the way now.

Not all sold yet.
I went to the sales office last weekend, still have around 40 units unsold.
All the good ones, sub-penthouse are sold.

Came across this office space brochure at the Bosa website.
Looks like the retail is all streetfront and there's no big box like at Madison Centre next door (last page bottom left shows retail floorplans)

^ Cool find. The area is already saturated with retail so it doesn't really surprise me that in this development it's only streetfront.

From Hwy 1 - the condo appears to be the tallest of the Brentwood cluster.

There's a huge HSBC in the retail portion of the project (the large space just east of the office lobby) - see plan linked above.
A large backlit sign reading "Commerce @ Citi" has been erected above the entrance to the office tower.

The project overall looks good - except the siding on the retail portion is blue painted corrugated steel - looks a bit cheap compared to the finishing on the office tower (which looks miles ahead of the Madison Centre office building in terms of prestige)

... anyone mention that there' s a Fatburger next door in the renovated strip mall?

saw these two towers the other night, the area was very dark, which reminds me that most parks in the metro dont have lights....also true for tennis courts....

But you got to admit, It's cool Madison Centre has the twin baby versions of Hong Kong's Central Plaza

Yeah, they just need to light up. Too bad the 3rd tower doesn't have it too.

Excerpts from a post by Metro-One in the Post some pictures of your city! thread (thanks for posting):

With many more tower projects proposed and a possible mall renovation/expansion proposed I feel this area could become a very interesting urban environment, especially with the skytrain guideway running through it, over the next 2 decades.

We recently had the chance to see a huge sub-penthouse in the Motif tower. Weather happened to be amazing and I had the chance to capture some of the surrounding areas from above.

The unit has 2200 sqft of living space and the entire unit is two floors. Especially the open-air living room is impressive.

Also patio is just massive and spans two sides of the tower.

Neighbouring Solo towers do tower over the 29th floor unit, but the view is still nice and open. What a weather!

And finally a view of The Amazing Brentwood. This cluster is going to be so massive once completed.

I hope you enjoyed this unique tour of Brentwood.
