How about a victoria style greenhouse somewhere in the Public Gardens with rare tropical plants. Could be a great anchor for winter time.
Close Sackville St. between Summer and South Park. Turn that closure and the Wanderers grounds into one large Public Gardens. The greenhouse area could be redone into a winterized botanical garden. Come on Halifax ...think big!
