Looks pretty decent. I hope the second tower is not just a clone.

Those townhouses on the right of the second photo remind me a bit of old houses in Norway.

There's a smaller batch of similar townhouses at Rumble and Gilley (approx halfway between Royal Oak and Edmonds stations).

Drove past this building multiple times already, it's pretty much completed by now.

This building is already completed, lots of units are listed for rent on Craigslist. Move in date seems to be July 1st.

The Met is completed, while The Met 2 is already sold out.

That last picture is great. It shows a nice wide sidewalk and the greenery is behind a little fence. I like that!

Only thing they messed up there is not put the street lamps within the fenced area. They look awkward in the sidewalk, especially with the gap between them and the fence.

The title of this thread should be changed as the Met 2 is still under construction.

Just drove by and the area looks very busy now with two cranes on this site and one on the neighbouring site to the south (forget the name).

The one on the neighbouring site is called The Park

And that also doesn't count Polygon's Midori which would be located behind the two Met towers to the East and behind the Fire station and the park.
Although they haven't started excavation for that yet (some demolition has been done)
