Great pics, thanks.

The balconies are getting curvier near the top.

Can't imagine that the window washers will like those fins, though.

Thanks!

Based on the last two renderings / photos -
do you think some of the wraparound balconies have been deleted?
or maybe they're those awkward Juliet balconies with the railing glass right up against the sliding glass doors?

Good question. I would think they'd have to complete the full horizontal bands of balcony glass as seen in the renderings or else the look would be quite different. I hope they do, whatever the awkwardness of the narrow space on the inside of the balconies.

Thanks.
Those are wider than they looked in the other pics.

Man, this building has grown quickly! I walked by today and I have to say that felt inspired by what I saw! Coming from down along Smithe, one first sees this very slim end of the building that really towers over the area. Walking further, one starts to realize how massively wide this thing is. It feels so different from anything in Downtown (which I love) and pairs well with One Pacific.

Due to the width it really feels a much bigger and taller that the height alone makes it. I am even fine with the spandrel and the bigger tower looks nice. I hadn't realized that the both towers will have different spandrel colors schemes.

It's pretty unfortunate for the residents that there are units from the 2nd floor up, as those first few floors will be at the level (and even partly under) Cambie Bridge which cannot be pleasant.

I cannot wait for the pool to be ready. I think this will be a very, very pleasant surprise for the area. Very excited!
