On the south side of the building there are two black panels mixed in with the red panels. Is that intentional or are they waiting to replacements to come in? It looks pretty stupid.

The leasing office for 'Optima Signature' is now open. This rendering is on the outside of the building right now. Looks like the rooftop won't change too much from how we currently see it.
