The tower crane is scheduled to go up in mid-December.

Another crane to the mix. Does anyone have the time to figure out a current crane count
and just for turds and happy face, including the Domain and throughout Austin?

I don't know, but there's a lot of tower cranes around. I even noticed one working on a HOUSE while I was up on Mount Bonnel last month.

I used to keep track of the number of tower cranes up. But I stopped because they come and go so quickly for mid-rises scattered all around Austin. It was impossible to keep an accurate count.

That's crazy...but some of the houses up there with their crazy lots might require that given limited access for anything else. Expensive construction/reno for a house!

There's a new blue crane up here on the southside. Also noticed a crane is up at the Satillo site.

There's quite alot of crane action going on in Austin, I found a crane over near Mt Bonnell not to long ago which btw struck me as out of the ordinary.

Excavation is completed. This is from the construction contractor's Twitter account, and they are referring to this as the first crane to go up. So I'm guessing there will be a second tower crane which is unusual for a WC project.
