Yeah, if you look up a rendering of the Music City City which is under construction you'll see that it literally has a guitar on the roof.

Thanks to Dylan, one of the mods, for correcting the title to reflect released height and floor count specifics.

On another note, you know it's good when posters in a thread for Philly want this baby.

That's the truth. Good to see another Tennessean on SSP.

Thanks, glad to come aboard. Im excited for Nashville and all of the new proposals. It's gonna be great to see the skyline become more dense in my favorite city in America.

I cannot wait until this tower is complete. That parking lot has already been walled off once, but this time it should be for good.

Was this done recently, or are you referring back to when Signature was proposed there? If so, photos for us not in Nashville would be awesome.

Awesome! Wanna swing by the Music City Center and Omni Hotel sites while you're at it? Thanks in advance.

It was back when Signature Tower was supposedly about to begin. When it happens this time pictures are a definite must. Between the Convention Center site, Giarratana's other proposals, and all the condos going up in The Gulch and inside the 440 loop, Nashville will look radically different by 2020. With the amount of night life downtown already has, the addition of all this will make the city feel huge. I love Music City.

I could be wrong, but isn't it Tony G's hotel that was named as a Westin that is going in on the current Rock City Machine site in SoBro?

As for the apartment tower, I haven't heard a thing. Maybe he'll take these one at a time, in order from least to most difficult. haha

You're right now that I think about it. I would imagine that construction would start on that first out of any of his three. Actually I wanna say that Rock City Machine has to be completely out of that building here pretty soon.
