So they have started the mini overpass for the onramp then. Might be optimistic but I think that this will be ready by the end of the year.

I doubt it. None of the other overpasses have been completed in less an a year and there's only about 4 months or so of construction season left.

I don't see any signs of a precast beam setup at the site and if they do like all but one of the others, they'll do the pads (one side at a time) , then build a scaffold-base form for the deck, then pour the deck and leave it for half a year, then crib-up the sides, install the guardrails, etc - a lot more than one season's construction effort. They installed the beams for the Topsail Rd overpass back in April and they are still working on the deck and sides and that's far from complete.

There is a set of stairs that go to the third floor in the departures area. Not sure where they go to.

^ Also starting tomorrow, the TGH from Goldstone to Kenmount will be closed to allow for the proper alignment of the highway onto the extension.
