Tulsa really is an amazing city. And its growing at a fairly good pace. My family lives in South Tulsa (111th and Yale) and that part is putting up new businesses and office space like crazy. 111th and Memorial use to be kinda dull but now there is a ton of construction. It makes me mad though that probably half of the construction is for car dealerships.

Nice: I had to go there for work a couple times a few years back and the downtown was very quiet, but I really liked some of the architecture...some of those buildings are stunning.
