Yeah, Chicago is probably the most masculine city in the US. City of big shoulders with large, tall, and imposing buildings like the Sears and John Hancock. Add the deep dish pizza and you got a manly man.

I don't think we have one. We really don't have much of a "city identity" really. Lack of branding and not really having an image.

Unless, of course, the image is that of a crazed OSU fan(likely male then). Really more of a stereotype now than a reality (at least the crazed part).

Chicago is definitely an alpha male. Ditka, the Bears, The Daleys, even the buildings like the Sears Towers (I refuse to use the newer name) and John Hancock Center are very masculine.

masculine is thinking of the idea and feminine is building it. so cities that are all suburbs are sorta masculine because nothing ever got built. theres no trains, buildings or anything. just the normal streets and houses.

also from the map view it looks like a mess. if it was feminine it would look prettier.

if you want to go into race, i think new yourk is a asian city and bend oregon is a white city, it literally is. theres a lot of asians in the nw but not enough to help our cities. i think diversity has quite a bit to do with how a city looks. not saying white people cant make cities. im white and like other countries cities, its just boring with only your race imo.
