The East Market website is no longer promoting TJ Maxx as a tenant, did something happen or is their web designer just lazy?

The latter. They would've announced something by now.

^^^^

I like this building a lot and it is a huge asset to East Market but looking it it from this angle is a bit
depressing . Wedged between Aramark and PSFS makes me wish it was 100' taller .

This building has far more of an impact than I had thought. I drove by today, and it just kinda dominates the block whereas its brother seems to skulk away in the shadows (which is funny because the bigger tower is darker and the smaller one is clad in white).
Really happy with how this turned out. Time to wait for the devs to tell us what the block of Chestnut has in store.

Any reason not to make this block of Ludlow pedestrian only?

Almost 100% sure it will be when the Chestnut half of this development is completed.

I found these renderings of the Chestnut side of this project. Generally vague and probably just preliminary.

C4-Rendering-Final-1000x578

C3-Rendering-Final-1000x578

C5-Rendering-Final-1000x578

2014-0514-Site-Plan1

I personally like the building on Chestnut, now being used as a parking garage. It is a deco behemoth but I understand the need for a pedestrian passage through the site, Chestnut Walk.

There's a sign up saying TJ Maxx coming soon on the opposite end of the AT&T store.
