Yeah I think I remember that. SSPers seem a bit more mature than SSCers which is why I spend 99% of my time here.

Great New West shots, Metro. I'm looking forward to viewing your suburban skyline thread as a whole.

Thanks! I need to find an easy way to walk across the Alex Fraser to get some more New West shots.

Coquitlam is another one where it is hard to get a good clear sightline where all the towers line up well (and there are no power lines in the way) without climbing on someone's roof, haha.

the roof parking lot at the mall is a good vantage point, and also up johnson street.

I'm looking forward to it too Metro. Van's suburban skylines rarely get enough love both at home and outside of the city.

one of my favourite views is of metrotown from downtown. I used to work at grouse mountain when I was in highschool and I cant even count how many times I had people ask me if it was Seattle.

Oh, and keep the updates of the bridges coming in the Canada section. We may not always comment but they are appreciated for sure.

Agreed, I can't stand SSC. Only thing it is good for is its more expansive international project updates.

Looks to be around the 6th floor of the old interurban station on the 0blk W Hastings, SW Corner of Hastings and Carrall.
Will be nice once they are able to open up the right of way which goes straight through Alexander.

I prefer the scale of buildings along St Catherine.

Yonge St is just tacky.

Aberthau Mansion, now the West Point Grey Community Centre, easier to see from NW Marine now that the trees have all lost their leaves:
