Maybe the phallic nature of the tower is what's needed to get women interested in architecture, which would also explain why there are so many gay guys on SSP

That Chinese building only looked like a dick during construction.



As for the Gherkin in London it's phallic but better than the Barcelona tower because of it's pattern and the symmetry. It tapers at the top and the bottom instead of just tapering near the tip.
