Updated image - Applying spray insulation foam. Gonna be nice and warm in the winter and well, hopefully it keeps the heat out and cool in at this time of year.

Cladding going up as well as a sales sign for the building. 19 units available. They're doing a grey limestone with brown/yellow brick and black trim. It's gonna look sharp. I nice deviation from red which dominates the area.

Walked by today, really impressed. The stone is reaching up to the third floor with brick trim above the windows. Hard to say where the finishes are going to go right now but what is there looks nice. This pic is from Queen Street.

The non-matching masonry is an odd choice (as is grey brick is nuch a red brick city).

I don't mind it. It's a nice contrast and the area is fairly diverse in terms of masonry colours.

Did you look at the image taken by Markus83 on July 27th. Should be obvious that the lot is an irregular shape and therefore it would make no sense to position the structure in any other way.

This is looking good. The stone/brick choice is different for the area but a nice change.

Thank GAWD it has not been given the stucco treatment.
Though perhaps I should wait until the top floor cladding is up... Anyone know what it is supposed to be? Those strips look like they will anchor some kind of paneling or siding.

I haven't posted a pic in a while, but the top floor is getting clad in a dark wood veneer of some sort.
