The Boullee Fortress/ 2f / UC again!

After moving here, My wife and I were struck by this oddity on Cheapside EOA. There it was, in all it's odd glory, magnificently out of place and unfinished.

But now, it's getting finished.

Nice, sort of like London's version of the Ryugyong Hotel in North Korea!

Interesting timing, considering there was just a shooting on Boulee street
(what an odd name), right?
