^ Yeah, it's been down for about a month. I wasn't sure if that was temporary or not, but the building looks great.

There is the long awaited setback or terrace level emerging for sure at that platform that juts out. The setback isn't as dramatic as I thought it would be. Looks like maybe a few feet.

It's supposed to contain studios, offices, and apartments, as well as retail.

The setbacks are subtle, increasing in number as the tower rises. That's what gives it it's "feathered" look. That first setback is also supposed to be one of the windbreaks.
