I think that this building, and the Kuwait City Skyline - particularly in the night shots - looks a bit like what you would see in an Asian city.

A really interesting design. The open layout on the twisting surfaces is pretty creative on an architectural level and the height is nice but not overpowering. Although it's unlikely I'll ever see this in person it's a very handsome design.

This city looks so much more inviting and human-scaled compared to Dubai. The rows and rows of supertalls in Dubai seem like a god-aweful place to walk around whereas Kuwait City looks more like the old town of Dubai.
