^^ Absolutely insane, there must be 100s of buildings there. I also like the way the waterfront uses a grid system, pity about the actual part on the reclaimed land though but this way is more feasible (why does it have to look like a scorpion's tail though ) It seems better planned than most of the other projects.

However as well planned as this might be it's completely unnecessary IMO.

these pictures are beautiful, where would Burj Dubai and the Emirates towers be in corrilation with this massive project? CANT WAIT TO SEE IT IN PERSON!!!

20kms? I had no idea that Dubai was so spread out! Considering the density of all the built up areas I would have thoughts it was much closer. Why is it that the city is built up in pockets?
