Future landmarked buildings NYC?

I know that opinions about New York
City's landmarks policy vary a lot on this forum - this is NOT a thread for that discussion.

Which buildings would you like to be landmarked?

I'll start off with a few suggestions:

Metropolitan Life North Building (Emporis).
An example of New York Art Deco in its best.

McGraw-Hill Company Building (Emporis)
A beautiful building from 1916 right in the middle of the Hudson Yards district. Would be a great addition to all the glassy towers.

I personally think every single pre war building should be landmarked in every city, but thats obviously unfeasible.

This is a fine example of a building that should be landmarked.

Lincoln Building just south of GCT. Built in 1930 and 205 m tall, a great art deco building that risks being demolished cause of the Midtown east upzoning. Emporis.
