Found this page showing a rendering of a "Karwood Market" project that is going(?) to be built in Paradise. Anyone have any info regarding this proposed development because it looks interesting. http://karwood.com/karwood-market

Understandably our economy is in a bit of a slump right now and development is in a lull but take a look at what is happening in Halifax. Sometimes I think we could learn a lot from our neighbor to the west.

The region also had the foresight to amalgamate becoming HRM, unlike the St. John's Metro area.

There were (are) many detractors, but it sure has spawned lots of progress!

Does anyone know what the status is on the Cookstown-Lemarchant-Lime St. lot?

It was a garage when I moved here 5 years ago and then they tore it down, dug a pit, and fenced it off.. and it's remained so ever since.

Has anyone been by the kenmount Terrance community park at all? Though I seen some steel sticking up in that area the other day
