I always refer to San Francisco as the greatest urban center west of Chicago, or the prettiest city west of Chicago. It's been somewhere Ive visited at least once a year since I was young, and twice a year the last 4 years.
I thought it would be nice to have another SF thread in the My City Photos SSP section. I won't be able to post to it constantly like I do my Downtown Los Angeles Thread, but I will be sure to update it each time I visit.

Man, do I love San Francisco.
I was there last year during the World Baseball Classic. It was different than I used to see it. Normally I pay it a visit in the main tourist season (I am from abroad). Now I saw it as like it really is. Great, really great. Without the shiploads of tourists.

Thanks!
I've got an archive of over 6,000 San Francisco images, so will keep sprinkling them on here between trips.

Great shots. What is with the line of four brownish grety drab towers along the water to the left of your pic with Coit Tower in it? God those things look terrible from that angle. I know they are tall but maybe the skyline would look better from that vantage point if they were gone all together.

That's Embarcadero Center. It's sibling is Peactree Center in Atlanta.
