A short, non-comprehensive photo set from my day trip this weekend

Yea, I would love to visit it some day. I have friends who have gone and said they just sat there and broke down into tears. He's easily my favorite modern painter.

I was really impressed by the MAM. Totally manageable to see everything in a couple hours and not feel overwhelmed. The only minor bummer was the Calatrava "wings" were down for repair. Milwaukee in general seemed like a nice, clean easy going town. I would love to go back (with a car this time) and explore some of the neighborhoods outside the immediate downtown.

Beautiful photos! Milwaukee is a delight, and downtown is sufficiently compact for a walking tour with easy access from Chicago by Amtrak's multiple daily Hiawatha Service trips. It's a favorite of mine.

Nice bridge shot, I really need to get up there without the ball and chain.
