Although I'm fine with the town homes becoming that small apartment or condo building.

Not exactly what was proposed in the aforementioned renders... #BaitAndSwitch
I am not suprised as this is the first highrise project for Colonnade/bridgeport/sitecast team. The original renders were not something to be excited for however, these updated renders are just terrible.

Wow that is ugly. It's like cheap Claridge design meets Envie.

The crane has been half up for over a week now. Not sure what they are doing.

I wouldn't mind a slab if it looked like this.

But we need a tower equally as mediocre as the school's cheap replica.

Oh man. I like the density, but that bland, massive vertical slab is brutal, as others are saying.

While both building designs are terrible, I prefer the old version -- it didn't create a giant uniform wall across Scott St.

I don't understand why this switch doesn't need to be approved by the City.

I walked by last evening and noticed they're not working on building the 2nd floor. I think they may reach the 10th floor by June.

Three floors completed, working on fourth now. Makes a big presence on Scott street.

It's "on the LRT" but smack dab in the middle of both Tunney's and Bayview. Not exactly convenient to either.

It's up to about eight floors above grade now. Making an impact if viewed from Bayview or Tunney's.

It’s a five minute walk in a straight line, with the station literally in view the whole way; how is that not convenient?
