The Charleston and 498 Drake look so similar with their matching exposed elevator cores and hideous podiums that they might as well be one project

Exposed elevator cores..we've been getting a lot of those lately here in the big M. Don't tell me its an aesthetic choice, I always believed it to be the result of shear incompetence.

^ a couple observations:

The Lucien L'allier / montagne towers will make a huge impact, while the hotel expresso or whatever's site has huge potential for future development.

Also, i'm pleasantly surprised by the cladding of the TOM, and the AC hotel isn't as vulgar as I thought it would be.

All in all a solid batch of new towers.

Also, I said tallest rental residential building in Western Canada, key word being rental, which is a big distinction, as marketing and financing for rentals is much different than that of condos.

I see you still can't get over whatever minutiae happened between us in the past, judging by the petty tone in your comment, so I'll bid you adieu. Try, you know, growing up someday. It'll help your life out immensely, as it has mine.
Just saw this, it's funny that you find ignorance to be something worth bragging about - "I'm not reading threads". Had you read it you'd have found reasonable discussion going on.

Had the internet been invented 150 years ago, I'm sure you'd have been that guy ragequitting an urban affairs discussion forum because you couldn't bear that some visionary dared suggest that maybe big cities like Saint John NB and Buffalo NY might get dwarfed by places like Calgary and Phoenix within a few generations. (I know the irony will be lost on you...)
