A rare tornado appeared in Hsintien, NTP City.
It must be some kind of miracle!
I suspect Taipei 101 is behind it.

The tallest building in Taichung is in this photo, but it barely can be seen now(in between 2 apartments) because the new buildings in the new development zone block the view of the old skyline.

why do taiwan's freeway dividers all have these green metal posts sticking out? what's the purpose of them? i think they are a complete eyesore. the other eyesore are the dirty concrete dividers. they need to be cleaned or completely replaced.
