It won't be long before this is moved to the construction section. It's going to be exciting to watch.

Haha what a great site that would be...

There aren't any basement floors on TDC, as it is above a metro line. The parking mech etc... will all be above ground in the podium.

Dear God at least they don't have have that.

Last I heard though, they were also listed on the TSX and mostly subsidized by GRIM err I mean RIM, which don't sound too good right now.

You got a couple of silly, light-hearted responses from two occasional idiots.

If the comments were for all fun and joke, I apologize for getting too serious.

Considering that the Bell Center nearby has the ice below ground level, and at least another layer below for cold generation et al., and that the De La Montagne street is higher on De La Gauchetiere than on St-Antoine, and that the metro station is more or less on St-Antoine level, goes way down, at least 4 long escalators length...

Shouldn't the TDC be able to dig at least that far down?

Get it right: it is RIM, Not RIM

(followed by photos of nameless executives, stock charts, unabridged books on what the company has been doing over the past 20 years, etc., etc.: See any post by WaterlooInvestor )

Joel Matlin is disappointed.
