that stupid thing on the roof ruins it... well, it's kind of mediocre to begin with (although nice for that part of town).

I like the architecture, but floor plans were mostly disapointing.

They're different for Toronto. Could work well near the lake. Like the lighter look and whimsical roof adds some character although some other recently constructed similar features in our city haven't lived up to expectations. Hope this one bucks the trend. - ice
