This appears to be a revised design of a Hotel that would have been about 55-stories. This was the third phase of Main Center Complex. It was to be located south across Main Street from the now called Bank of America Tower Dallas Tallest and the only tower constructed of the initial Main Center Complex.

1900 Pacific is the 1 project many of us in the RE business was really hoping that would've been developed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the height of downtown buildings still limited by the FAA due to the proximity of Love Field?
