So that's what that thing is. Saw it in the skyline last time I was in New York but didn't recognize it. If the fact that I can see a new building almost 800 feet and not recognize it despite having an interest in skyscrapers isn't a testament to how huge New York's building boom is, I don't know what is.

This really has a beautiful soaring form. Just imagine if this was an office tower of twice the height, it would be an absolute stunner.

Same goes for a 700'-er on its way down to make way for a 70% taller centerpiece of a massive upzoning project.
