As is the case with almost every development, I rather they direct the public art funds towards making the buildings less bland to begin with.

This development really turned out depressingly grey, along with the Eldorado redevelopment at 2300 Kingsway a few years ago. At least the faux historic King Edward village has colour and texture variation.

most westbank buyers are from oversea directly, they totally did not know what they are paying for. sales were not regulated by any of our Vancouver real estate authority when they selling.

The supermarket and shops of this development will finally propel the Vancouver side of Kingsway into the 21st century.
