Nice tower. I miss the hustle and bustle of the old Windsor terminal when it was still the primary commuter rail station up until the early 1990s. Even more so in the 1970s when it still received intercity rail passengers.

It must have been a cool sight indeed, much better I'm sure than that of our cavernous soviet shoe factory (aka Central station) which makes a point to hide the hustle and bustle.

At the very least, this part of town is going to win back some activity in the next 3-4 years with the new office tower and new condo towers.

I've taken a quick look and it seems to me that most of Montréal's major U/C and proposed buildings have been drawn except for the 2 Icône towers?

They're still in the process of demolishing the old Windsor station annex, digging has not begun.

Icone still missing yes, so is Le Peterson (113m), Ilot Overdale (120m), Le Victoire (95m) and all phases of the CHUM and CRCHUM (about 85m) And that's just downtown

Oh that's right, I think it should be around 140m-150m. I also forgot the Point Zero, which I'd reckon will reach 100m, even more with the stupid sign on top!

Thanks for the answer.....damn, many projects are not drawn. Univers condos was completely out of my mind even though it's a major project.

And this Point Zero project, I still have to determine whether I like it or not. Anyways, all these projects make me happy for the great city of Montréal

I'd wait to draw Ilot Overdale, it's recently been redesigned so our old renders might not be accurate.

I really liked the look of it before. It seemed very Rotterdam to me, which is a good thing. Positive changes I hope?
