^^ Driving north on the Dan Ryan yesterday, this thing is becoming AWESOME. From that vantage, it will be the most eye catching tower next to Sears. The setbacks are just perfect for our skyline.

I'd love to see some pics from Dan Ryan.

God I love this building. It's amazing to think another one has the potential to be 200 ft taller and right up against Michigan Ave.

That's why this one is so cool. The structural similarities to Sears is gonna build to the architectural heritage of the city.

Just a silly question but why not paint before the glass?

I get the idea of it, especially as it’s on the lake side, but that little appendage growing on the southeast corner of this building is quite strange architecturally.

I still think a twin would go perfect there as long is it was taller. Something about that corner cries for a flat edge over a curved building to box in the park. Either way I have a feeling we will get a fourth tower sooner than later after GP1 is completed. On this cycle, fingers crossed.
