What neighborhood is that looking out on to? It looks very European, 5 to 6 floor buildings and very dense. Doesn't seem to have any condo towers in it except the one obviously u/c. Looks like a fabulous nabe.

That's the St. Lawrence neighbourhood on the East side of downtown.

Must be a very expensive area. Would love to see some street level shots.

It's no more expensive than other neighbourhoods in the core. Condos are your only option though. Prices for condos seem to be pretty uniform throughout the central city. $300,000 for 500 square feet?

Wow, great work on the video. I really liked the stadium roof moving towards the end. Rain drops on the lens were cool too.
