Nice pics... a cold and crisp day for taking pictures! I just heard on the radio it's -11 (-20 w/ wind chill), brrrrrr!

Beautiful photos. How are you getting the blurred effect (similar to tilt shift except blurred around the edges) - is that post processing, or something else?

Post processing. I use this image editor:

And the effect that creates the blur around the edges is called Fast Depth of Field. I circle the part of the picture that I want to be the clear focus and then I can select just how blurry I want the rest to be and if I want to make the image get darker or lighter as it blurs.

For now I'm using it for fun - in the future I'll use it to blur unattractive buildings so I don't need to zoom quite so close to avoid them.

I believe that they are doing VERY well with already leasing space! if you look at the diagrams on the web site they say "remaining Levels 3, 4, 11 and 12"

I think that "remaining levels" refers to all leaseable levels that aren't five to ten (referencing the previous sentence)
