While I don't think you'll get much argument about the reclad, you'll find few who find it to be one of the best mid-century modern commercials skyscrapers in Toronto. Also it wasn't the only mid century skyscraper to go up, hell it wasn't even built until 1967. If we want to look at lets say 1945 to 1967 just to be fair to the Sutton, there were several better mid century modern towers that went up. Even if we just did 1967 I think TD Tower is the hands down winner there.
