The Pudong skyline lacks skyscrapers in the 300-350 m range.

Yet it is the only city in history to have 3 buildings that are over 420m tall. Odd if you think about it.

You sure about that? I believe New York did 8 years ago.

New York, Chicago, Dubai, Hong Kong, etc..... will all be members of that club.

Shanghi just seems like an overall amazing city. I plan on visiting there someday.

Empire State doesn't belong in the 400m club. So NY only had 2. But if we only consider habitable skyscrapers, Shanghai still only as 2

Until the ultratall that's probably going to be built beside these guys anyway...

Well according to this webiste's diagrams section, the ESB is exactly 450 meters. So yes, at one time NYC did have 3 buildings in the 450m club. Not 2.

In a sense, yeah, if you think about it that way. However, according to CTBUH's BS, that ain't the case. Otherwise we would be touting Sears as 527m and one of the late WTC's a 526m tower. Clearly not the case. Although I would wish the general public did consider antennas as an actual part of the skyscraper.

Ah well, enough of that
