After 3 years of being approved and going through sales. Who knows how many years of planning before this forum caught wind of it. So a number of Hamilton projects are going much faster than this.

Are all towers being built at once or are they being built in phases?

I believe they're constructing the three closest to the Go station first, then the two further away.

This is a massive development for Burlington. It is coming to the market just as real estate prices are skyrocketing

I hope prices in the GTA/Hamilton will stabilize so we won't get the peak and crash of the late 80's and early 90's. An interest rate increase of a couple of percent could cause another real estate crash in the GTA (unfortunately brilliant Donald Trump is pushing for higher interest rates ).

As my British Grandmother use to say, wish in one hand, shit in the other, see which gets full first.

And to think the one in that picture is going to be taller than the one on the right. AND there are supposed to be 5 towers there.

I was at the mobility hub meeting for this area because I own a condo in the currently be built building, and they are planning for the entire area around the Go Station to be medium to high density mixed-use residential. A liberty village type of deal. I think it is a great goal, to have a community around the station that is within a 15 minute walk from the station where most of the necessities will be. Exciting times for both Burlington and Hamilton!
